What we collect
When you use the enquiry form we receive your name, email, business name or website, what you're interested in and your message. If you email us, we receive what you send. That's all. The site sets no tracking or advertising cookies.
Why
Only to reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to run the project. We don't sell or rent your details, and we don't add you to a mailing list unless you ask.
Who processes it
- Form submissions pass through Web3Forms, which delivers them to our inbox.
- Email is hosted by Hostinger.
- The website is hosted by Hostinger, which keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't turn into work are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as the work and any legal record-keeping require.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you at any time. Email hello@yardlyagents.com and we'll reply within 30 days.
